Can I vote in the midterm elections as an overseas voter?

Yes. US citizens living (or working or traveling) outside the US have the right to vote in all US Federal elections. The midterm elections are Federal elections that occur every two years and include all 435 seats in the US House of Representatives along with one-third of the US Senate seats.   You always have the right to vote in Federal elections which are more than just the Presidential election.    This includes the primaries for those elections as well as the general election that is held in November.

Midterms determine the balance of power in both the House and the Senate.

You can register to vote and request your ballot by using votefromabroad.org.   You can find your state's deadlines for registering to vote and requesting your ballot on votefromabroad.org/states.
